  • Do you accept insurance?
    • At this time, billing to your insurance is not available. You may contact your insurance company about reimbursement, and any necessary information can be provided by Molly Sullivan LMT to assist with that process.
  • Is there parking available?
    • Yes. Street parking is available along 1100 E. There is also off street parking available behind the building which can be accessed by Ramona Ave.
  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    • You can call, 801-703-5373 or email, molly.massageandfitness@gmail.com and leave a message with your request for appointment and your contact information. Follow up to schedule your appointment will be done as quickly as possible.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    • There is an ongoing discount for packages which can be viewed in the Services tab. Any promotional discounts we offer will be sent out in the monthly newsletter which you can sign up for here.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    • You may call or email by 6pm the day prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Clients who do not provide the appropriate notice or do not show up for their appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
